Mogens Elsberg joins Bluegarden as the new Group CEO

Bluegarden, a leading provider of payroll and HR systems and services in Scandinavia, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mogens Elsberg as Group CEO. Mogens brings over 30 years of experience in the global IT and services industry.

Mogens joins Bluegarden from e-conomic A/S, a cloud-based bookkeeping solution for small businesses, where he was CEO and successfully led the business through organic expansion. Prior to this, Mogens was CEO of GN Netcom, a global headset manufacturer of the Jabra brand, where he led the successful turnaround of the business for five years.

Mogens Elsberg also served as the global General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, GP, AX, and SL Products for four years. He started his career at IBM where he spent several years building the Global Services business during the transformation of IBM from a hardware company to a software and services company.
